Varieties

Hokkaido: A compact, deep-orange variety with sweet, chestnut-like flavour, smooth edible skin, and dense flesh. Highly demanded in export markets for its excellent taste and convenient size.

Muscat (Butternut / Muscade): A large, ribbed variety with rich orange flesh, sweet flavour, and outstanding storage life, well suited to both retail and processing programs.
